Ambrosia Salad Recipe

1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained

1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup sour cream

1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pineapple chunks, drained mandarin oranges, sweetened shredded coconut, and mini marshmallows.

Gently fold in the sour cream and whipped topping until all the ingredients are well coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

Before serving, give the Ambrosia Salad a quick stir to ensure everything is evenly mixed.

If desired, garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.
