Honey Jerk Pineapple Wings


– 2 lbs chicken wings

– 1 cup pineapple juice

– 1/4 cup honey

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons Jerk seasoning

– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 pineapple, cut into chunks

– Fresh cilantro for garnish


In a large bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, Jerk seasoning, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.

Add chicken wings to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange the marinated wings on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Turn the wings, add pineapple chunks around them, and bake for another 20-25 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
