One can of drained corn, fifteen ounces
~15 ounces of cream-style corn from one can
3 tablespoons sour cream
(8 oz.) of Jiffy corn muffin coating
Salted butter, melted, 6 teaspoons
One cup of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

A preheated oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) is the first step.

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sour cream, corn muffin mix (Jiffy), cream-style corn, drained corn, and corn. Make sure to mix everything together until it’s completely blended.
  2. Mix in 1 cup of strong cheddar cheese that has been shredded and stir until well combined.
Using a greased 9×13-inch baking or casserole dish, transfer the mixture to the pan.
5 After 60 to 70 minutes of preheating, the casserole should be set and have a golden brown top.
Take it out of the oven and let it aside to cool for a while before cutting and serving. Corn Casserole is a great dish.
